Credit Card purchases are charged on the date the order is placed. All purchases are subject to verification before shipping.
If there are multiple shipments, your credit card will be charged for each shipment.
We also accept personal checks & money orders. To pay by check or money order, please select "check/money order" for your method of payment during the check out process.

We will process your order as soon as we receive your check/money order.
Shipping & Processing Times:
We ship merchandise to the United States & Canada via UPS and our packages are delivered through the United States Postal Service Monday - Friday.
All orders including expedited shipping options are shipped within 3-4 business days from the day the order is processed.
Orders placed before 12PM EST are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12PM EST are processed the following business day.
No additional changes can be made to an order once it has been placed.
Inventory may be subject to availability & during high volume periods such as sales or holidays, order processing may be delayed.
We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Incomplete/Incorrect Shipping Information
The Girls™ is not responsible for any package that is lost or returned to us as a result of the customer providing incorrect address information. If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided (incorrect zip code, missing apartment number or misspelled information) and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping of the order. Additionally, the original shipping charges are non refundable.
All orders ship UPS Ground (unless an expedited shipping option is selected at checkout) and are delivered Monday - Friday.
UPS Ground orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase depending on location in the United States.
Orders are subject to verification. Shipping costs are determined by the dollar amount of your order.
Expedited shipping Options U.S. (48 States)
• UPS 2 Day Select: $35.00 - Order arrives 2 Business days after shipping. (3-5 business days from date of purchase)
• UPS 3 Day Select: $20.00 - Order arrives 3 Business days after shipping. (4-7 business days from date of purchase)
Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska:
For shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska, please add $25.00 to the shipping chart below.
Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska ship UPS ground and cannot be shipped using an expedited method.

If your shipment is delayed for any reason, you will be notified via email.
Returns are simple and FREE because we want you to love what you ordered!
If you are unhappy for any reason, you can return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase date.
Items must have original tags. If any tags are removed or products are not in resalable condition, your return will be denied & you will have
the option of having your item(s) mailed back to you at your own cost.
Refunds are made to the original form of payment. We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged however; original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns are typically processed within 14 business days from the date the return is received by our warehouse.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been completed. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive online store credit.
Mailing Returns U.S.:
Step 1. Click HERE to fill out & print out a pre-paid UPS return label which can be printed out on your home or office printer. Make a note of your tracking number for future reference.
Step 2. Fill out the return form included in your original package. Make sure to put your order number, name, item(s) you are returning and reason for the return and mail back with your return.
Step 3. Affix the label to your package and ensure old shipping labels are removed or obscured.
No additional postage is required. You may drop your package at a UPS dropbox or take it to any authorized UPS facility.
Mailing Returns outside of U.S. (48 States):
Please use any traceable shipping method of your choice to mail your item(s) back to us.
Fill out the return form included in your original package & include with your return. Make sure to put your order number, name, item(s) you are returning and reason for the return.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand behind our products! If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may send it back to us within 30 days of purchase date.
To send the item(s) back, click HERE to fill out & print out a pre-paid UPS return label which can be printed out on your home or office printer. Make a note of your tracking number for future reference.
Fill out the return form & include in your package. Make sure to enter your order number, name & item(s) you are returning on the form.
Please indicate the item(s) is defective/damaged & whether you would like us to send a replacement item or prefer a refund.
Once the item has been received, we will inspect it and get back in touch with you.
At this time, we do not have an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above to send back your merchandise and then go to www.thegirlsapparel.com & submit a new order for your new items.
In the event that an order is cancelled after it has been processed, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
All sales and promotional discounts will be honored on orders for the duration of the sale. Discounts cannot be applied to orders that are placed outside the promotional time frame whether it is before or after the promotional event.
